If one thing is consistent it is change. That applies to Netflix as well with their upcoming price change.
With production costs of hit shows rising Netflix has been forced to gain debit to create content. This increase will be the largest in the companies history. Though comparing costs it is still less expensive than HBO current charges for it’s much smaller content base. Most users will see an increase of $2 up to $13 for two streams. This also will impact lower packages $1 and other $2 for Ultra High Definition content.
Expect to see these changes immediately when signing up for a new account. If you currently watch classics such as “The Office” or “Friends” you will see the price adjustment over the next three months. Some users will leave the service over the cost changes though most of us will just take it in stride. After all pricing of things rarely go down, let’s be honest.
