Another interesting iOS 18 find. The flashlight not only has intensity level like normal, but now has spread. You can do a focused or wide beam. #iOS18

I kinda like the chunky, Duplo iOS 18 icons. Not sure if it is something for everyday, but maybe a nice option for a #minimal #homescreen. #iOS18

This image displays a dark screen with three icons: a speech bubble icon on the left, a bed icon labeled “Sleep” in the center, and a camera icon on the right.

Nice to see more customization in iOS. Not seeing a flashlight is a big change. Will be great for Shortcuts too.

The image shows a compatibility list mentioning that Apple Silicon Macs with M1 or later are compatible. It highlights that only iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max users can currently take advantage of new Apple Intelligence features, with upcoming iPhone

Frustrating that my iPhone 14 Pro Max that is just over a year old won’t get these new features. First time I am aware of a newer device getting stiffed on something like this.

So excited for this announcement!! #Eggy and UM same night. Let’s gooooooo!

If #iOS 18 brings us anything I hope it is to finally put my app icons exactly where I want them.

I’m not going to turn on #Fediverse sharing on my #Threads account.

Though what I will do is make a Threads post sharing my information to this profile to follow here. No point in having two accounts when what I support is here.

Is it exciting for Threads joining the Fediverse? For me kinda.

Though I don’t think we need to stand for any crap/drama/hate it may bring the same way we handle Instances now.

Oh heck ya!

#MonaApp added a few new app icon alternatives!

The image shows a list of app icons with the name “Elephant” followed by different color names such as Blue, Black, Green, Pink, Purple, Orange, and Blue 2. Each icon has a silhouette of an elephant’s head and

What is your favorite #MonaApp theme? I probably have found all that are posted with the #MonaAppTheme and #MonaTheme. Maybe you have one I haven’t see!

Threads API coming in June

It is encouraging to see them open an API with upcoming federation.

Though on the other hand: Ah heck. Here we go again…

So what keeps people there still? It is mind boggling how someone would rationalize staying.

Truthfully, I don’t think there is a working brain transplant.

Look how long it took Cybertruck to get here and we saw that! We’ve heard of countless animals dying. Not a single success reported publicly. More smoke and mirrors of a “genius”.

  1. Apple. All I want is to set a max universal volume. No higher than that.. an iPad for a child should not have free range. No, $3600 headsets. Max volume on the speaker. Thx.

Fun to see the #Apple people and the #Phish people all rush to make purchases today.

Worst part with the new Facebook link history is that, in my experience so far, opting out I am now asked every time to turn it on. I assume the move here is to catch me slacking to not turn it off or exhaust me to leave it on. Pure #enshittification.

I have made this post a few times, I believe.

I love Mastodon’s open API. It gives us such a great catalog of apps to choose from. So many great options to use!

Want to change it up? Go ahead.
